I recall trying to make it available for elves through trial and error with the toolset. Is there no way to make it available for elves too in Toolset? - 20:20, Janu(UTC) I do know of a mod that makes it available for humans. There's a mod that makes her hair available in Origins, although only for humans for some reason. Not sure if you know about this but thought I'd mention.
